Birth Certificate Requirements

The national office is requiring all new players to provide a birth certificate to verify their age.
There is a button to upload your child’s birth certificate on the online registration form.

Waitlist and Late Fees

Athletes registered after the "Regular Registration" dates will be placed on a waitlist, unless space is
available on an established team. A higher registration fee or "late fee" will be incurred due to uniform
fulfillment; as ordering uniforms will require a shorter delivery time and faster shipping.

In order to avoid the waitlist and late fees, please register during the "Regular Registration" open dates!

Refund Policy

The AYSO National Fee is non-refundable and the Regional Fee
is refundable up to our First Game Day.

Please notify the Registrar ASAP if your child needs to be dropped.

Uniform and Gear Requirements

Uniform shirts are to be ordered using this link (TBD) for $20. More information to follow on How To specifics.
Cleats and Shin Guards are required. Free gear swap will be facilitated at Parent Orientation and Opening Day. There are no size guarantees however.
PreK/K (Kickstart) League - Parents need to provide age appropriate shoes (cleats are ok) and clothing. Shin guards are not required, but encouraged.

Cost

Player registration fees are $70 if you register before June 1st, $80 after June 1st.

$100 after July 6th and your player(s) will be placed on a waitlist, no fees will be charged until they are accepted to a team . Final day to register is July 31st.

Region 525 AYSO does provide scholarships to those with financial need. For player scholarships please reach out to [email protected].

Refunds

Equipment

Players are provided a jersey, shorts and socks. Uniforms are given to coaches and handed out at practice. Players are required to have shin guards and soccer cleats, NO Baseball cleats (or shoes with Toe cleats).

Level of Play

The primary season is geared to players of all skill levels and athletic ability.

Teams will be built as follows:

Kickstart (players born 8/1/2020 - 7/31/2021)

Grades 1 & 2 (players born 8/1/2018 - 7/31/2020)

Grades 3 & 4 (players born 8/1/2016 - 7/31/2018)

Grades 5 & 6 (players born 8/1/2014 - 7/31/2016)

Grades 7 & 8 (players born 8/1/2012 - 7/31/2014)

Parents:

AYSO practices and games are geared toward player development and meant to be safe and fun for all participants. Parents are expected to follow AYSO guidelines and cheer for their children at games. Parents are expected to allow the coach to guide the team during the game and allow the referee to enforce game rules. Please read Safe Haven for parents and kids zone.
